You may request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with the IBROWS AI Business Assistant, Smart Project Discovery, or website service-request forms including private Photo Restoration uploads.
Email support@ibrowsenterprise.com and state that you are requesting deletion of your IBROWS data. Include enough information for IBROWS to locate the correct record, such as the WhatsApp/phone number, email address, or Project Discovery reference concerned, but never send passwords, PINs, OTPs or payment-card credentials.
IBROWS may request reasonable information to verify the request. After verification, applicable assistant or project-discovery records can be deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Information that must be retained for a legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligation may be retained only as necessary.
Standard retention: conversations and sanitized attachment/web-source summaries up to 90 days; technical retry and incomplete-delivery records up to 30 days (successful pending file payloads are cleared after delivery); unsubmitted Smart Project Discovery drafts up to 30 days; inactive business leads and submitted assessments generally up to 12 months unless a longer legitimate retention period applies. Private Photo Restoration source files for requests marked Completed or Closed are removed after 90 days, and completed/closed website service-request records are removed after 12 months unless a legitimate longer retention obligation applies.
